There has been a resurgence of the vampire in the public light recently and for a sci-fi fan it's definitely a good thing. I remember hearing about this foreign vampire movie Let the Right One In, sometime last year. I watched it the other day and i just wanted to give my thoughts on it. It's available now on DVD dubbed in English. I would have preferred to watch it subtitled, but whatever. It was definitely a well written movie, it's not your normal horror movie, this movie actually has substance. They probably had a small budget but they had to rely on the story. But there are a couple of cool special effect scenes. The movie is about a little boy who is teased at school and dreams of killing his offenders. A girl moves in next door and she only comes out at night. Her guardian goes out and gets blood for her( who is not a vampire). It's really interesting and worth a watch.
